Log in to manage your account and payments
EUcasino Account Login
To enter your EUcasino personal account, open the site in a desktop browser and select Log in. The same login works on mobile: use your phoneโs browser or the casinoโs mobile interface, then sign in with the email (or username) and password you set during registration.
Access to the personal account requires an active EUcasino account. If you havenโt registered yet, you need to create an account first; without it, the login form wonโt let you proceed to your balance, deposit and withdrawal history, or account settings.
Account Verification After Login At EUcasino
After you sign in, EUcasino runs basic account checks (email/phone status, login location, and payment method details). Full verification (KYC) starts when the account triggers identity and anti-fraud controls or when you request actions that require confirmed details.
- When verification is required: Before the first withdrawal; when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach internal AML thresholds; when you change personal details (name, date of birth) or update your registered address; when the system flags unusual login or device changes; when a payment method is added, replaced, or challenged by the payment provider.
- ID: A clear photo or scan of a valid passport, national ID card (front and back), or driving licence. The document must be in date, show full name and date of birth, and be readable without glare or cropped edges.
- Address: A recent proof of address dated within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter. It must show your full name and the same address saved in the account.
- Payment method: Proof that you control the payment method used for deposits. For cards, EUcasino typically asks for a card photo with the middle digits covered (keep first 6 and last 4 visible) and the cardholder name visible; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email/ID; for bank transfers, a statement showing the account holder and IBAN.
- Selfie / live check: A selfie holding the ID or a short live video check, requested when the platform needs to match the face to the ID or when earlier images are unclear.
- Source of funds (when requested): Documents showing where gambling funds come from, such as payslips, tax returns, bank statements, or proof of savings. EUcasino requests this when transaction patterns trigger AML review.

Login Security At EUcasino
- 2FA: EUcasino supports two-factor authentication using a 6-digit time-based code from an authenticator app (TOTP). After you enter your password, the site asks for the current code before it completes the login. Keep backup recovery codes offline; if you lose your phone, they are the fastest way to regain access without resetting your account.
- Password: Use a long, unique password (12โ16+ characters) and avoid reusing it from email or banking. A password manager helps you generate and store a random string and prevents โpatternโ passwords (names, dates, keyboard runs). Change the password immediately after any shared-device login, and never save it in a public browser.
- Notifications: EUcasino sends security alerts for new-device logins, password changes, and 2FA changes to your registered email. Turn on push or SMS alerts if they are available in your account settings, and review the time, IP/location hint, and device details in each message. If an alert doesnโt match your activity, reset your password, revoke active sessions, and re-check 2FA settings the same day.
